RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At M Carter Beauty Cosmetics, we prioritise your health and safety. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any eyelash products, including false eyelashes, beauty blenders, or any related items, once they have been opened or used.

We take great care to ensure all products are in perfect condition before dispatch. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist with a replacement.
